Refund Policy

Our refund Policy for cancellations prior to the 14 day period of the terms and conditions will be issued for 75% of the ticket sales.

Deposits are non refundable or transferrable. The hirer is liable for the balance of the hire fee and cost of any good or services reserved on the hirers behalf should cancellation for any reason whatsoever, take place during the for two weeks prior to the reservation. For private charters this falls into the four week period.

Terms and  conditions for hirers and reservations made through the booking office

A provisional reservation will be held for Seven days. If confirmation and the booking are not made within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

No reservation is valid unless the booking form is complete and received by Tees Bay Marine LTD together wit a non-refundable deposit £5 per person and £10 per person at Christmas. Private bookings 25% of the hirers fee.

The Balance of monies due for the supply of goods and services is payable Fourteen Days prior to the date reserved. We reserve the right to cancel the cruise if these terms are not adhered to.
